I'm only giving it 4 stars because of the initial customer service.
As a first time customer when questioning a process or procedure one should never respond with "it's been this way the last 8 years". I am a first time customer so how the hell do I know what was done 8 years ago?
Paying before a service is provided is not a good idea unless you know for certain you can deliver and with massages that can't always be 100%. I made it clear that if I pay first my massage better be the BEST I ever had...Dom did his thing!
I don't like the payment process as you have to pay first and if you want to tip they do this "edit" thing which seems sketchy to me, but I didn't have cash and was not leaving without showing my masseuse the respect he deserved.

Overall 4 stars but Dom gets 10 stars!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I purchased a groupon for this company - called and made the appointment. I gave them ALL my information including a credit card number to hold my appointment (why?? i had purchased a groupon!), The groupon voucher number, email address, phone - everything!
I called 4 days before my appointment to confirm that we had an appointment - AND THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF ME - nothing, no apologies, no "we'll make it happen" NOTHING. The only thing they could do was give me a later appointment - which the lady could not understand WOULD NOT WORK. This was for a surprise trip to Dallas with my husband for our 10th anniversary. So glad I called before we showed up.

If I could rate solely on my therapist, I'd be rating this place a 5! But there was so much more that was a part of the experience that made this a 2.. and that's generous.

We arrived 30 minutes early as we were told to do when scheduling the appointment only to sit on the step and wait until exactly 4:00 (when our apt was scheduled) for the doors to open. From the lobby to the sheets, this place needs a facelift.

Save your money and find another option!

This review doesn't matter. I believe they are close. Horrible service that comes from an even worse manager.

I've loved this place since my senior year of high school when my mom bought a groupon for me before my prom. This was at their other location in marsh lane. When this Dallas location opened up I was super excited and it did not disappoint! I've probably had 10+ experiences here and they've always been excellent. I've never had trouble using groupons and I take advantage of their specials when I get them in my email.

Furthermore, they are very 'you oriented.' They ask what kind of massage you prefer, if you'd prefer a male or female masseuse, and they allow you to dress down to your comfort level. Everything done here is with the customer in mind. I love it and will continue to come here!

Terrible experience! Left soaking feet for 20 minutes of our hour. My daughter had to get up and ask receptionist for our therapist.
They didn't seem to know what they were doing.
All three of us purchased the same treatment but we all got different treatments.
Horrible. Manager is rude.

Second time getting a massage. All I can say the female was AMAZING!!! I would definitely be coming back again. Scheduled a couple massage, same room, dark and relaxing. Hot stones and hot towels everything was just perfect!!!

I made an appointment for a massage with cuppings when I arrived girl at the front desk said "I don't know where are the tools unfortunately " so won't be able to provide this service ( she explained That the manager closed cuppings in his office and left , which I find extremely unacceptable)
After 15 minutes she found tools , I was asked to wait another 10 min ,so I had to wait 25 min just to get in when I actually had an appointment. Therapist Nicole is great but she doesn't really know how to do cuppings ( my opinion) she is extremely not comfortable with tools , she dropped them on the floor a few times .
So I had not pleasant experience on top of that I was overcharged, they told me it's gonna cost $75 but when I was out the lady said it's $95 ( that's what her manager told her ) I explain her that is not the price they told me but she said nothing she can do !! I'm not happy about it , I believe this place is not professional and I don't recommend this.

To be honest the girl at the front desk felt bad about it , she told me she was working in Dubai and her ex bosses would never do something like it . I left tips as well only bc it's not Therapist's fault , but I think manager is not an honest person . Thank you

First time getting a massage and it was great! I had a male masseuse and he listened when there was too much pressure. Hot towels and stones were great!

What a relaxing experience. We got a living social deal but when we called the front desk girl said we can just purchase the same deal on the spot without waiting for the vouchers to come in. It actually ended up running 5 dollars less than the online deal. We managed to get an appointment with a half hour notice and ran right over. The front desk receptionist was extremely pleasant. We had our forms filled out and we're ready for our massage in no time.

My masseuse joe was fabulous. He made sure to ask all the right questions. I'm probably an annoying customer because I hate deep tissue and getting the knots worked out, heavy petting at a max. He explained the difference between elbows in knots and putting pressure with an open arm. He managed to relieve the pressure without any any pain and checked in regularly every time he worked an area to make sure it wasn't painful.

The amenities were very pleasant. Usually I find massage tables to be covered with a sheet or a thicker stiff blanket. Not here, the blanket was one of those soft throws you have on your couch. Incredibly pleasant and kept me warm. My massage came with a warm towel face massage, cold stones, and a foot scrub. All of this was an incredibly pleasant break from the regular hour of Swedish massage by providing a change in senses. Overall loved it. Would come back in a heart beat.
