I chose the score based on customer service. Lori my hairdresser is amazing. She listens to what I want and delivers every time, she does everything she can to make me feel comfortable. Front desk girls are always very polite. I highly recommend marks place to all my friends and family

Sarah is always friendly and she is one of the best in the business! She is very talented, all I have to do is show her a picture of my idea and she nails it everytime!!! Won't have anyone else touch my hair other than her!!
