Everyone was so nice and friendly. They went out of their way to make my 4 year old granddaughter feel extra special for her birthday. Staff was professional. Granddaughter said she looked like Ana from Frozen! She loved the experience...and accommodations were made in very short amount of time (on same day as requested) Thank You!
