Received a very warm and friendly greeting when I arrived from the girls at the check in counter..... Jenn made me feel very comfortable plus she was very knowledgeable and very helpful by asking me questions as to how I like to wear my hair.. It was just very comfortable and enjoyable. A number 10 experience.
