I have always had wonderful experiences at Mark's Place through the years and just recently had one that wasn't so wonderful. It was uncomfortable, but I called and expressed how I felt and the staff was so quick to help make it right and re-do my pedicure that was not up to the Mark's Place standards. I am glad I was honest and ended up getting an absolutely wonderful pedicure with Cheyanne and it really turned things around. I would recommend Mark's Place to anyone but may be extra cautious about who I'm booking services with. Thank you for being so great to work with!
