I enjoy your salon for my many hair needs. However I was not impressed by your make up counter. I had an appointment to have a girl help me with my make up. She was trying to remove some make up and kept pressing increasingly harder and harder under my eye. I had to tell her to stop and asked her why she was pressing so hard. She said they did not have any make up remover and I'm assuming she was using water. Whatever she was using she couldn't get the make up off. I had no where to sit my mirror that she handed me to look at what she was doing. Every time I needed to use my hands I had to set the mirror on the floor. The eyeliner she used on me that I really liked and wanted to purchase, she let me know that you didn't sell that product. I was puzzled at why you would use the product on me and not be able to sell it to me because you don't even carry it.
