I love Mark's Place. I have been going there for years. I would give a 10 but I think the prices could be a little cheaper. I have no problem paying and will keep going there. I just think for someone on a fixed income maybe the price could be better. Sometimes you can get a deal though if you walk in and there are manicures available. 😊
