Lynda was very professional as she worked. She listened to me and I know she understood what I said. The room was clean and set up ready for me. I didn't have to wait to go back with her. All in all it was a good experience. Carol was greeting people as they came in. She knows so many of the clients and makes me feel welcome. The front desk gal was efficient and clear about my bill, and she explained about the cards no longer being used.
