Everything was perfect. From the greeting and offer of something to drink when I walked in, to the consult with the stylist, a shampoo so relaxing it almost put me to sleep and the 'just right' haircut. Wonderful experience.

I really enjoyed the experience and the atmosphere was awesome. Very nice lady. I was just confused on what all was going to take place during my European facial and I let her know it was my first facial ever. I should have asked more questions to better understand what was going on.
