Alice was wonderful, very kind and professional. The massage chair and warm lavender infused neck collar certainly added a combination of amenities that made the pedicure and manicure so relaxing. When I make an appointment at Mark's it's because I really need some pampering and personal attention. I'm never disappointed and leave more beautiful and happy. Thank you to Alice and the staff.
