Lori was very professional as well as warm and inviting. I was immediately drawn by her positivity and confidence making me feel very comfortable with her services from the very start . My shampoo accompanied with massage and warm towel was unexpected and heavenly . This little bit of pampering along with fantastic color, and a cut that was spot on , made me not even question whether or not to book again . I so look forward to my next appt booked before I left .
