I tried to give a 10+ because Lori F. is a wonderful stylist. She cares about the happiness of her clients, always goes out of her way to make me feel special and to make sure my appointment is pleasant and enjoyable. Lori does an excellent job of asking questions and listening to make sure she is giving me the desired results. Also, front desk staff do a great job. Very welcoming.
