Shi is very talented. She is also very personable and professional. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming as well as very professional. I did have a bad experience with a facial that I tried. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The older woman (appeared to be wearing a wig) actually told Debbie to take a picture of my acne because she didn't know what it was?!? She didn't ask my permission. They just got out an ipad and took pictures. I never received any explanation either as to what "it" was. Cancer? Toe fungus? She told Debbie multiple times that she "wouldn't touch it." I see a dermatologist regularly so I know my skin isn't that bad, and there's never been a situation where my dermatologist didn't know what my acne was. This older woman made me feel like I was a disgusting specimen. I was so shocked by the experience that it didn't really sink in how inappropriate the entire experience was until I left and had time to reflect upon it.
