Oviedo is lucky to have a beautiful Marilyn Monroe Spa! I've been here on two occasions for a pedicure and had a nice experience both times. Staff were friendly and the facility was clean and organized, which is important for me when going to a spa. The location is easy to find off of Aloma Avenue and they have a private parking lot.

Coffee, tea, and water are offered to you as soon as you arrive. The pedicure chairs are the fancy massage chairs which you can control, so that is a plus to work out some of those sore back muscles. I like that they use OPI nail polish and there is a decent varieties of colors to choose from. I was pleased with the results on my feet with a basic pedicure. I left feeling refreshed!

They have a lot of other services here too, which I would love to try. Their packages would be a great gift for a friend, mother, or someone in need of some relaxation. I would recommend calling to make a reservation (which is what I did) or booking the services online in advance.

This place is absolutely beautiful.. the staff is very friendly. But I have to give a two star because after the service I felt I paid 55 dollars only for a gel polish on my toes. I did not receive a pedicure like I would in other salons, the tech didn't trim my cuticles or clean out my toe nails, the polish was done first and then my feet soaked to do just a 5 second soft scrub, I have never had polish done first. My daughters polish on her toes came off an hour later, no shine was applied to her toes... i didn't get the feeling that I was getting a spa treatment for my feet I felt like it was just a polish change.

I had a fantastic experience at Red Carpet Salon and Spa! Lisa, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, and she has definitely hired a great team. Ebony gave me an outstanding massage, and Shannon gave me the best spa facial that I've ever had!
Red Carpet will absolutely be the location of my next Girl's Day Out!!

Ashley did my hair at the Red carpet salon. She took her time and really listened to what I want. The style was awesome and the cut was perfect for me. She also does makeup and color. I Already booked again with her to go back for more services. Complementary Mimosas were great too!

I went yesterday for a birthday "spa day". This establishment was wonderful. From the minute I walked in to the very last service, they were very attentive. They offered me a yummy guava mango mimosa while waiting for a massage. I had the showstopper spa service. Which includes a massage, facial and mani pedi. All the services were wonderful! If you are looking for a day away from everyone, I highly recommend this spa! Would definitely go back for another spa day.

I saw this salon on Yelp and it was rated pretty well so I said hey why not! I called scheduled my first appointment, Lisa the owner answered and made my appointment I was so excited to try out this salon because by the sounds of it Lisa was so cheerful and made me feel so welcomed just over the phone I was ecstatic. I showed up and she said Shannon will be doing my hair for me today, she introduced me to her and Shannon was very stand off-ish not a good first impression but I said eh she's probably just having a bad day, I sat down and told her exactly what I wanted I also showed Shannon 2 pictures of how I'd like my hair platinum blonde (I'm a light blonde as it is) she looked at the pics and said alright we will do it. As she started working on my hair her guy friend was there who did not even work there he was just there hanging out with Shannon. He sat next to me the entire time I got my hair done talking to me about things that made me incredibly uncomfortable.. asking me dating advice, how him and Shannon used to work together and hook up at the place they worked together several times, showed me his Facebook and showed me pictures of his abs, took videos and pictures without my permission countless number of times, talked more about him and his personal life, asked me numerous questions about my personal life, constantly giving me compliments that made me again uncomfortable then finally at the end of my appointment he said he was leaving.. about time! My entire experience was ruined, I came there to relax and just have some ME time instead I got bombarded with weird questions and a guy hitting on me and my hair dresser the entire time very unprofessional. As the end is getting near to my hair almost being done I told Shannon how I did NOT want my hair cut what so ever and/or blow dried because the last salon I went to charged me extra and I was so mad about that so I would never get it done again, she agreed with me saying how crazy it is to have them charge me extra then insisted on me getting my hair "grazed" I said no thank you I don't want it she said "it would be injustice of me if I didn't at least graze it!" I said no again and again and again till she said my hair was splitting so she's going to graze it not even cut it I said fine she proceeded to do so and "grazed" it un even! She then blew dry it not once ever mentioning that she would charge me for grazing my hair and blow drying it! Turned me around to look at it and it was horrible, one of the worst attempts at platinum blonde I have ever seen. I was then charged $260 very confused why Shannon told me she did a "Balyage" and lowlights on my hair.. WHAT?! That's not what I asked for what so ever. It looked nothing like a Balyage and the lowlights are orange!! I called Lisa and told her how dissatisfied I was so she offered me coming in tomorrow to get it re done.. I couldn't because I just bleached my hair yesterday so it would most likely fall out if I get it re bleached again. She then offered to re do it for $100!!!! I said no way.. not happening my hair is so messed up I'm not spending $400 on hair that I HATE. She finally agreed to me coming in to re do it but she keeps the $260 I agreed then she canceled my appointment tried to make it for another day and also gave me the same hair dresser that messed my hair up to begin with!! She scheduled me with Shannon.. how awkward. My husband handled it and eventually got our money back saying no way he wants me going back there to get my hair done let alone by Shannon again. This was a really really bad experience but I'd like to say thank you to the owner Lisa for giving me a refund at least. But now I am stuck with orange, yellow, brown and blonde hair and I am so upset with it. Please DO NOT go here to get your hair dyed, PLEASE! You will regret it the entire experience and your hair will turn out horrible. First day of beauty school services with high end salon prices. Go here if you want to be a guinea pig for a completely inexperienced staff and management. It took 2 weeks and 4 phone calls to get my appointments straightened out after I made them in person and a trainee messed them up 3 times. I would have cancelled based on that alone but I purchased gift cards that I had to use. Nail tech had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She didn't even know how to put the foam flip flops on my feet. She didn't even touch the bottoms of my feet and the polish has huge cracks in it. I don't even know how that happens. The haircut wasn't any better. I went to great clips shortly after and had them fix my hair. I will never go back. If you have a gift card and absolutely have to go, wait a few months and cross your fingers that they figure out what they're doing.

I've been searching for "the" place to get my nails done and I think I've finally found it! From the atmosphere alone, no other nail salon compares. It's a beautiful venue filled with Marilyn Monroe pictures, quotes, and other touches throughout. They also offer services such as waxing, makeup, hair, massages, couple massages, etc.

I got a manicure and pedicure and was so impressed with their organic/vegan nail polish options, because it really is better for your nails and they had such pretty colors. JW was my nail specialist and she also does nail art! What's also pretty cool about this place is that they don't reuse their tools on all customers so you get to take some gifts home such as the nail file they used on you.

They offer several membership deals depending on what services you seek often. The entire staff was so sweet. I'd say this is the ideal place for any bachelorette/bridal parties and even birthday parties for young teens. I definitely plan to come back!

Appointments are always a problem here and today was the last straw. I made an appointment for 9am today about a week ago. When I got there at 8:55 the girl at the front said my manicurist wasn't there yet but she was on her way. After about 10 min, now after my scheduled time, a different girl came out of the back. I asked her if my manicurist would be here soon and she said she'd call her. When she called the manicurist it turned out she was out of town and wouldn't be coming in. They didn't have anyone else there so I could not get my nails done after I had waited all this time. I told the girl that this was ridiculous and I expected Lisa, the owner, to give me a call. She agreed with me and assured me that Lisa would call, but I have waited all day and have not received any call.

This is not the first problem I've had with this spa. In the past I've shown up for my confirmed appointment and they've told me that I'm not on the books. Another time I paid with a gift card and Lisa lost the card and charged my credit card full price - it took calling three times before the situation got resolved because Lisa said she kept forgetting to fix the charge.

This is a very unorganized salon. If you're looking for a place where you can have a nice, stress free experience this is not it. This salon causes more stress than it's worth. I would not recommend it.

Well.... I returned for another pedicure today, my second with Pilar. This time on Saturday morning. The crazy busy day in all salons. And it was another perfect experience. The best pedi I have ever had. Pilar is a master. I will never go back to the tiny strip mall, cheap nail shops. It's not worth it. I met the owner, Lisa, today. She made a suggestion for my next visit and I'm going to try it. Very happy with the quality and outstanding customer service. Very friendly.
