• The staff was very kind, professional and had a 'service' mentality. You felt cared for as soon as you arrived all the way through the moment you left.
• Myself and my children aged 6 and 9 came in for a pedicure and kid's mani/pedis. Everything was perfect! We had a great time!

• I typically avoid salons in hotels because I have found them to be overpriced but for convenience booked a blowout. It was $65 but I could have saved $10 if i washed my hair myself. My blowout was one of the best I have received and the stylist treated me like a regular customer, showing interest in my "hair strategy" and providing good input without trying to sell me product. I did end up buying one of the brushes she was using, and didn't find it to be a horrible markup
