• Marijana is always a "10" -- always "the best." That's why I return to her! It's not just about getting a haircut... one can do that anywhere. Everytime i go to Marijana (even if I'm overdue for that trim!), Marijana remembers me as a person, and not just a head with hair on it. She asks about me, my job, my family, and other things that are not just small talk (but topics related to our earlier discussions). In any service business or industry, whether you are the provider or the recipient of a service, it's nice to know there is a human, personal touch -- beyond just the service.
