• Laura Romney is an ideal teacher--encouraging, able to explain thoroughly the challenging form of the various Pilates exercises, patient with a newcomer like me, never-failingly cheerful and positive! Her Pilates studio is clean and inviting, conveniently located, and pleasant to visit. I always feel better when I leave a Pilates session with Laura.
