I came back to Mantra after being gone a year (i was a member of Studio Mantra prior to the pandemic and all of my favorite practitioners were gone. But my first massage back was awesome! I use massage as maintenance (hopefully avoiding problems that might require a physical therapist down the road) and like a deep tissue, targeted massage. I will be returning and plan to become a member
