Friendly staff and great location - the studio is a VIBE with enough space to practice with other yogis in a COVID safe environment. The class is challenging and rejuvenating for all levels. I have been out of practice since the pandemic started and my body craved it both mentally and physically. This class was just what I needed and I will definitely be back!
