Glad to be back on my mat. Classes have been great this week. I need to choose one hour classes vs 90 minutes, because it's just best for my body. I was glad I could take classes in two nice studios, not just one. I tried a class in Southbury for the first time and liked the instructor a lot. Brookfield is nice snd close, but I like having the option of hoping over to Southbury, now that I have been there.
The teachers have all been great listeners, respecting my need to stick with basic poses and avoid rotation and twisting, which hurts my scoliosis. I need to take the classes at my own pace, and they were very supportive.
