• I was warmly greeted at the front desk by the receptionist who is very good at customer service ( young, wears tortoise shell glasses and has straight brown hair). Sue always does an excellent job with my challenging hair, but i thought it came out extra nice this time. Sue also is easy to talk to, but she is never invasive and she doesn't oversell me on products or treatments. I think she is fair and understands my needs and budget. Left on a good note with the same receptionist. Emily washed my hair and she was polite and cheerful and gave a great head massage. Very relaxing!
