• My appointment was for 9am. I was there on time at 9am , and I checked in at the front desk. I was told to sit in the waiting area, which I did. At 9:08am, I received a phone calling asking me where I am because I have a 9am appointment. I replied , I'm right here. The woman was apologetic, explaining that there were 2 people with my name, so that's why they didn't realize I was there. However, I did specify that my appointment was with Maria. Because of this mix up, I felt as though my appointment got off to an awkward start because Maria thought I was late when I was on time. Otherwise, everything went well, and Maria did an excellent job on my hair. I just hope she realizes that I did not disrespect her and that I was on time.
