• I loved Maria. She took time to help me decide on a cut and explained why she thought to do what she did. I am very happy with my shorter hair. The reason I did not give a 10, is because twice now I have gotten my hair cut at mania and both times I have been charged more than what is listed on my emailed “this is what is expected at time of service” statement. Last time I was charged $4 more and this time $2 more than my statement stated. It’s not a noticeable extra charge to most people, but when the statement says what to bring at time of service, it’s strange the totals do not match. I don’t think it’s a matter of “Tax” because the amounts are always exact dollar amounts. But I certainly wonder why the totals are more than expected each time. Why is a statement sent ahead of service if the front desk is charging different amounts?
