• Loved that during consult Jess was so attentive and looked at my "best hair" pic of me and what my desired inspiration picture was so we could decided it it was possible. She informed me along the way that I did already know I needed many extra bowls of product so there was no surprise at checkout. The service was technically completed to my expectations. Additionally the girls that helped for shampooing and getting water if needed were so kind and helpful. Will be highly recommending Jess for any of my friends who need a highlighting expert ❤️
