• It would have been a 10, but the young lady who put the glaze on my hair not only dropped a dollop of (thankfully) clear glaze on my sleeve by my wrist (pretty far for a fig-sized blob to travel) but erroneously told me that the glaze would only go on the tips of my hair strands. Disenchanted with what the kid said, I complained. Cindy came by and explained that my hair would be covered apart for the newly dyed roots. The kid's response was, "My bad"! Very unprofessional! When washing my hair, the young lady got a wad of skin-cleaning cream in my ear and had to wash my hair twice because the color was left in my hair. The kid lied and said that color can be stubborn (yeah, for a service provider who has poor training and little experience). I had to rewash my hair at home and clean the dye off my hairline because there was so much color left. Needless to say I was disgusted! Cindy was great but the young lady washing hair needs A LOT of training!! I was with someone else, so I kept my mouth shut, but I'd like to know how you intend to rectify this situation!!!!! It's rather unusual for Maina (I guess) and I'd rather not have to travel back down to Blush in Englewood NJ, where this would never, ever happen! Your thoughts? Response? “Sorry”, won’t cut it!
