• Shereen is amazing! Courtney shampooed me & Shereen did my cut and they were both great. The ladies at the front desk are a bit pretentious- need to work on their friendliness and approachability (might be enough yo deter some clients) but the service is so exceptional that I keep going back and would recommend to friends. If you really wanna elevate your client experience, please work on the ambience of the front desk staff.
