• Jessica K is so incredibly talented and genuinely cares about her customers' satisfaction with their experience and their look. She takes the time needed to clearly understand the desired outcome and discusses the ways it can be achieved. I have never left without feeling absolutely beautiful and excited about my (often new) look! She is also a naturally caring person and connects easily on a personal level. On another note, I met Jillian for the first time during my visit yesterday. She's a gem! I didn't feel one foil being removed and yet, they were out. This was followed by the most luxurious scalp and neck massage during my wash and conditioning treatment. Jillian was so sweet and so personable. I hope she continues to enjoy Hair Mania as much as she seems to right now and that I get to be in her care again the next time I'm there.

• My daughter is 7 and loves her hair long. She was nervous cutting it and Stephanie was so kind and friendly and made her feel comfortable. She chatted the whole time and her haircut was perfect. Now my daughter wants to go back.
