I am so happy with Jhoanny!
She has solved my problem with the stains on my face. She is a great professional. Please, don't treat her as she is there because of money - as a lot of people on the field are. She is not. She has a passion and loves her profession. She will tell you what you need even though you don't want to hear. And believe it, she is honest & knowledgeable in her field. She wants to advance in an honest, ethical and loving manner. I have been taking avantage of from doctors, clinics etc... that they did not care about my problem ( stains of the face) they just wanted to take my money, and sell me the " remedy" laser, etc that had in their practice. Basically, they wanted to make money out of me to pay their laser machines back, or whatever. No interest on me as a person or my esthetic concern at all. My self esteem was suffering because of my physical problem. Every place I have been so far I have been taking advantage of, and my problem was not solved. This is a ruthless industry that cares about money, not people. I have no faith in most people in this industry. But I feel we have to support young, knowledgeable, passionate & transparent professionals like Jhoanny. They are a rare gems in this market, and we have to protect them when we find them. I am very grateful to her, and please, take her advice. She will advise you in your best interest.

The facial I had with Jhoanny was a calming experience and helped with the inflammation I had from my cystic acne.

The reason I'm rating 3 stars is because I found the initial consultation uncomfortable. Jhoanny explained the treatment options for acne inflammation. But on the topic of diet, she was quick to tell me that one or two dietary restrictions are not the same as finding individual acne triggers and that a dermatologist is not a nutritionist. That came off as patronizing because I've been researching + experimenting many different dietary changes to find my acne triggers for years (despite several dermatologists dissuading me from addressing diet or seeing a nutritionist). And I'd only come for a consultation to learn how treatments could help me in the interim, while I worked on addressing acne through diet long term.

Jhoanny was very sweet during the facial, tailoring her advice more to my concerns as we chatted. But I do wish the consultation would have reflected that empathy.

Excellent work. I went years ago and got a chemical skin peel. They are extremely professional and are willing to talk you through everything that is happening and will happen later. Would definitely go again next time I am in New York.

Had a vampire facial done here last week, an Almost painless experience! The numbing cream they had helped out a lot. Loving my results! Highly recommend this location. Professional place and in upscale neighborhood. They have holiday promotions going on right now as well.

No parking around the area, best to take a train or taxi/Uber there.

My skin is GLOWING after seeing Jhoanny! All of their staff there was so nice, and they made sure I was healthy myself before seeing me (so important during this time). I went in for microdermabrasion, but Jhoanny recommended something to care for my skin better since it was so congested. We did a peel, and although it was my first time doing a peel, she guided and made me feel comfortable during the process. Sometimes what you want isn't what you need and Jhoanny knew EXACTLY what my skin needed. Shoutout to the homie Christian too at the front desk. He is so kind and funny, and made the environment peaceful. He also deserves 10 iced coffees because of his kindness. 100/10.

Covid precautions: Just went today & the place is totally covid safe. There were only 3 of us, we all had masks & there is plexiglass at reception. The place is like a doctor's office with flowers, feels much safer than outdoor restaurants.

Treatments: I went for laser hair removal which I have gotten here before on a different area. The results are so much better than expected.

Shaving is time consuming & I could always see the hair a bit under the skin. With waxing, if you do it for more than 6 months at a legit place, it's more expensive than laser, it doesn't last, your hair has to grow for a few days before your appointment, you have to go every couple weeks & omg the ingrowns . I was getting waxed for years & totally regret all the money/time spent. So I tried laser to avoid all that, but really didn't think it would work that well or last. Now that I've seen it work, I'm doing other areas. Aftercare is also very minimal in my experience, basically put lotion on it once, avoid tight clothing for a day.

It's really important if you're getting laser to go somewhere w experienced staff. They know what they are doing here & always have answers when I have questions.

TLDNR, I highly recommend this place because they're covid safe & knowledgable & the treatments worked better than expected.

I'm all healed.. yeah! Took about 6 months for the marks( I wouldn't say scars) to fade from the very last treatment.

She is very considerate, and there have been numerous times where she was able to book me in last minute and accommodated me by even waiting whenever I needed to have a facial laser procedure done. Love this place , I was skeptical about getting laser hair removal for absolutely no reason. The staff was great and very clean. Jhoanny and Chaydra took me step by step during the process and reassured me I had nothing to worry about. I recommend 100%
