Went to the Burlington MA location for the first time (had only been to Lynnfield), and from the moment I walked in everyone was so personable and welcoming. Everything was clean and Jess was so personable and did a wonderful job on my hair, I’m still getting compliments 24+ hours later. Will definitely return
