Really like the physical space, the pedicure was excellent, manicurist was very pleasant. check-in and check-out was easy. But...right after check-in I was told to "pick a color" and then I was ignored for a few minutes so I stood at the polish station and waited for someone to talk to me. There were a number of employees in sight but no one acknowledged me. My suggestion is to have the reception staff introduce client to manicurist or have manicurist immediately introduce herself to client and then explain that she's getting the pedicure supplies and soaking tub ready and ask the client to sit in assigned station while manicurist is getting supplies ready.
