  • I was really happy with my overall experience. All of the staff were extremely nice from the time I booked (over the phone), to the staff member who did my pedicure. The pedicure was great and very thorough. I’ve been a miniluxe customer for years and I have recently felt that their customer service has been lack luster. Mane and Mani’s customer service was exceptional. My only two pieces of feedback are: when I booked online I tried to book a pedi at Lynnfield, there were appointments available but when I added them to my cart, I received an error message stating that ‘the appointment was no longer available.’ When I called I was told that Lynnfield is the only location that does not do pedicures. The staff member was extremely nice and helped me to book an appointment as Burlington, but I found it strange that Lynnfield had appointments listed if they don’t do pedicures. My other piece of feedback would be to use less plastic. The foot scrub that was used came in s plastic packet, and the utensils were also wrapped in plastic, too. I understand how this is often related to sanitation (and thank you for that) but if there are other areas where you can skip the plastic (foot scrub packet) it would be appreciated. Otherwise, amazing service and staff — I cant recall any names, but excellent job :) I’ll be back for sure!
