Jenn was awesome and made my first Brazilian wax nearly painless. She chatted and distracted me during the appt and she was fast and efficient but also careful to check in once and a while to make sure I was doing ok. Can't recommend her enough and she convinced me to do the unlimited 1 year of Brazilian waxes!
