• I met Richard for the first time though his name has been mentioned many times by my daughter, Mayako , and my granddaughter, Ondine, so l knew he would be fantastic. And he is much more than l imagined. Richard is highly skilled artist with professional attitude, paying attention to every details as l was describing about my wants and needs. I never had to explain twice. He speaks with confidence, his manner is elegant, but never overwhelming. The result was exquisite. I really appreciate the precision cut he gave me. He is very special. I am so happy that we met. I will be back. PS. The whole establishment is delightful. Everyone is kind and l felt so welcomed. Thank you all.
