• Joe did a excellent job and the staff are overtly friendly. The only difficult that we've had is that I've been here since late January and haven't been able to get in. You might want to increase the number of people you have working for you and set up some type of easier system to make appointments. I think if you had someone manning the desk your business would go through the roof. I'm close to 60 so I'm not that adept with all of the electronic stuff. The only real thing I'm adept with is LinkedIn because it's building my business. You have a lot of young people here but you do have a lot of older folks and you will reach them if you man the desk regularly. The only reason I got in is because I saw someone at the desk. So in a nutshell having to book online etc was a barrier for me that I didn't have time to overcome because of the business we're building.
