Awesome yoga class
I attended the women's workshop on November 30th. I really enjoyed the women's group it was small but I thought that it was very open accepting a lot of empathy everybody was able to speak. I like the idea that it wasn't a try to fix me but a space to come and feel safe to share your stories. I'm very very much looking forward to attending another women's workshop.
