Since there are no mirrors it is nice if the instructor can align us if necessary. I usually like the room a bit warmer to get a good stretch and workout at the same time. Instructors are very nice and have a nice flow for their classes. Very nice that props are there for our use when needed.

Kelly is an excellent yoga teacher! Love that she comes by in the end with oils and a head massage. It's the best way to end a practice.
