It was a very intimate setting in a beautiful space, and Makaela is an amazing teacher and I was able to resonate so deeply with everything she said. Loved the the yin yoga as well because I loved being put into poses for a long period of time, something I don't do often when I practice on my own, and I loved the use of the props. I will definitely be back and will tell everyone how great Maha is!
