Natalie sent detailed instructions home with me on how to use the product and explained what she was doing and why every step of the dermaplaning, hydrafacial, lash lift and tint. Ariana greeted me warmly and was so knowledgeable about all the procedures offered at the spa. Fantastic experience! I have already booked another appointment!
