Maddog has excellent fitness programming that is challenging and effective. The small group classes are fun and engaging and everyone is welcoming and supportive of each other.
The instructor was extremely well-prepared and gave excellent cues. Missy's class was very challenging, safe, and I felt strong and empowered.
