  • At MAD, I know I am going to be able to challenge myself safely. Whenever I feel I am ready to go up in weight with a movement, they are there to make sure the technique is there so you don’t get hurt. You know it’s more than just struggling through it. They care and are excited when you hit your best and do it the right way.
  • MAD does not disappoint. Some days I am feeling very tired and unmotivated (especially in 2020) and somehow the coaches know exactly how to encourage me to push myself harder and make it fun at the same time. So if you're like me and hate pushups, and bear crawls, and "insert any other exercise you hate" - try MAD. You'll still hate the move but you'll at least have a coach who gets to know you well enough to know exactly what you need to stay motivated, push through it and keep you coming back every week despite all the moves that makes you cringe in the first place. You'll also get to join a pretty amazing community of people where you can definitely find someone who will agree with that you that bear crawls are the worst. 10/10 would recommend.
