• I love love the barre and yoga classes at exhale and now m activity. I hope they continue and don't go away :) I would love 1p class or 1:30p class but usually I can do 9:30a or 10:30a class as well. The yoga and barre teachers are so wonderful and experts in the field. I am working on telling greenwich moms Facebook page and next door about barre and yoga at m activity. I hope the classes don't go away I know they have had low attendance but people need to know m activity is there. Pure barre does well only because of how many classes they have available. Also would you consider being on the app class pass?? It would get a lot of people in the door for barre and yoga and your other classes too!!!
