• As I was paying I read a sign about paying cash or check without a service charge but a few would be added to card payments. That information should have been shared when I booked the appointment.

• The website lists reflexology as feet, hands, and ears, but it was just feet and legs - which is totally fine but should probably be specific so people can prepare.
