• Natalie had a wonderfully calm and gracious manner. Additionally, I'm used to having a "red" day the day after any facial thanks to fair, sun damaged skin, and I walked out with super hydrated glowing skin, with the only red being where my eyebrows had been waxed - and even that wasn't bad. Overall I was very impressed. Whatever you all use suits my skin well.
