• I have Stage 4 colon cancer, and this was a lovely Christmas gift from my boyfriend. With my diagnosis, I have become extremely sensitive and protective of myself. That washed away when I was greeted so warmly by Emily at the front desk. I had a custom facial booked w/ Rose & she was waiting for me with a warm inviting smile. She was very in-tuned to my needs as a cancer patient. Chemo zaps the hydration right out of your skin. The facial was amazing and so relaxing...I felt like I was floating! Rose could tell that I was struggling with my diagnosis and took extra time to talk with me. Our conversation made me more positive, less anxious AND I had glowing skin. I look forward to my next facial with her! Next, I had a lymphatic massage with Elena! She has such knowledge and passion for her work. The massage was gentle...exactly what I needed. Once again, I was floating! Elena also spoke with me about my diagnosis and offered amazing insight. In fact, she personally sent me a couple of useful links that related to our conversation. I am really looking forward to my next massage with Elena! This is an honest review and maybe I shared too much, but I thought it may be useful for others. Obviously, I highly recommend Rose, Elena, AND MacMed!

• Rose is an exceptional facialist and I requested her for yesterday's service. However we also requested Natalie for my sister in law's facial and got someone else. We weren't pleased with that change. Especially without any warning Natalie wasn't available.
