• I was diagnosed with osteoporosis in my right hip. I am thrilled to say that after a year and a half of doing Pilates with Jeff I no longer have osteoporosis! I am very thankful that these classes are offered! Jeff is very helpful in making sure that we do the exercises the correct way so we don't get hurt!
