The women who worked there made me feel completely comfortable and Lili who did my Skinpen facial was very helpful and walked me through every step of the process, since she knew I had some fears. She also made suggestions on skincare they sell for afterwards, but was very understanding when I told her I was on a budget. I will definitely be back!
