Luxury Lash Lounge By Paige Conner

This was my first time here and I do NOT recommend this business due to bad customer service and mediocre lash work. I called in at 12:30pm today asking if they had a walk-in appointment available. The receptionist said yes, at 1:45pm so I arrived at 1:40pm. I was not seen until 2:00pm which was 15 mins late and assigned to Natalie.

When Natalie was ready, she was not welcoming and did not greet me as she led me to the room until I greeted her first. When I arrived in the room, she advised she did not think I needed a fill and that mine were pretty full, however, I wanted mine fuller. I asked her if there was a "half" fill option since she didn't think I needed a fill and she said no, they don't do those. We then proceeded to discuss the various options and prices and after all the thorough discussion, she mentioned there is a "mini volume" for $70 while she had just previously said they didn't do any partial fills. This was already a red flag.

Next, I laid there for about 45 mins for the lash session. The room was hot, humid, loud, and shared with another customer. The experience was not peaceful. Natalie was having a lot of conversation with her co-workers during the majority of the session and made a phone call during my session. She was also NOT wearing a mask which made me uncomfortable, although they are not required in ATL, I believe in this type of job where they work in close proximity to my face, the staff here should still be taking the necessary COVID pre-cautions due to significantly increasing cases.

During the session, Natalie proceeded to also complain multiple times about the existing lashes I had which were done by another lash tech and said she did not like them at all. When she started, she did not wash my lashes with any foam wash like my lash lady at another business does prior to placing new lashes. I asked her about using the foam wash and she said they sell it there while also telling me that the reason it's hard to clean my lashes is because of the type of existing individual lashes I had on. It doesn't make sense to me since she never used a cleaning solution on my lashes period.

When Natalie finished and I looked at my lashes, there were a couple of loose lashes hanging straight down at the end and inner corners of both eyes and she continued to complain that it was difficult because of my existing lash extensions. She glued individual lashes onto my real lashes SO far from the root of my real lashes that they are very loose and pointing in noticeably outward positions. My existing lash extensions were still individual lashes with nothing wrong with them and although the lashes she used were slightly different, I do not see how it would be so difficult to work on mine if she is actually experienced. I'm sure many customers arrive with pre-existing lashes and is a common occurrence, therefore, this should be no surprise to her.

At the time of check-out, I showed Natalie the attached photo of the 25% yelp check-in offer on my lash service and she was upset when she saw this coupon. I showed it to her and she said that it did NOT apply to her and that "we" aka the lash techs are all different. She continued to push back on it and had a very bad attitude. She said that the offer probably applied to PAIGE (the owner) but NOT for her. I was very upset at this point so I asked her what she meant because this coupon is for the business. She took my phone along w/the offer to show Paige. She came back and said OK to accepting the coupon, but she would have to charge me the price of the "full service"! I said, what? But I got the "mini volume" then she said "no, not really, a bunch of your lashes fell out during the session." That is complete BS. She was trying to change and increase my price to a regular full session after she found out I wanted to use the coupon. She then reverted back to say she would honor it this time but next time, she won't because she should be charging the full price. After the long discussion we had on pricing and confirmed it prior to the service, are you kidding me? I regret tipping her the 20% and in cash but I just wanted to get out of there and away from her bad attitude which simply put me in a bad mood. UNBELIEAVABLY bad business practice and customer service. For these reasons, save yourself the potential headache and do not go here as you may get deceived on pricing and treated poorly like I was.

I cannot say enough about Paige and Natalie. I have been a client here for over two years, every 2-3 weeks, and have never been disappointed.

Paige is very proud of her studio, as well as her talent, and for good reason--she is the best.

The spa-like atmosphere, the elegant gift shop and even the soft, engaging conversation between Paige and Natalie while they're working their magic is soothing.

Paige Connor is not only one of the best lash technicians in the country, she also teaches the art and technique of lash extensions to qualified aestheticians in the school she founded.

Lash extentions are fun and beautiful and can really boost a woman's confidence. I'm 57 and don't wear a spot of makeup when I have my beautiful lash extensions. I wash my face, shower, sweat like crazy when working out. Never a single issue. But...beware...

...the convenience, comfort and gorgeous look of lash extensions are worthless and even dangerous if not applied and maintained by a highly trained professional like Paige or one of her staff. Technicians must be knowledgeable of the weight, length and curl pattern of the client's natural eyelashes, match those to the individual lash extensions, and carefully apply each extension so that the desired look is achieved - whether that look is classic and natural or over the top glam.

When done properly by a well-trained technician, NO damage is done to the natural lashes, no loss of natural lashes occurs, and they're COMFORTABLE.

I've had lash extensions done by Luxury Lash Lounge for over two years, continuously, and occasionally I go a month or two without, in order to check the health of my natural lashes. I've never had a single issue. My ophthalmologist once even commented on the precision and expertise with which my extensions were done, and said they were the best he had seen. And they see thousands of patients with lash extensions!

A bit on sanitary practices. If I'm in the chair and Natalie or Paige (whoever is working on me) has to step away for any reason -phone call, walk in client, vendor, whatever - they return with FRESHLY washed hands. They make sure your face is FRESHLY washed and your lashes are scrupulously clean, whether it's an initial application or a fill in. They have a gorgeous restroom with fresh towels and mild, skin soothing, lash-safe cleanser in case you forgot to wash your face before your appointment. EVERYTHING that can be sterilized IS sterilized.

On the application itself, Paige is so invested in her profession that she has developed her own application tools and her own proprietary formulation of lash adhesive. I am EXTREMELY sensitive around my eyes and I have never had a single issue or problem. She's that good.

Before you get lash extensions anywhere, safety and hygiene are at least as important as cost and appearance. And at Luxury Lash Lounge, you get all those things. Tell Paige and Natalie Mary sent you. You will LOVE the way you look and feel!

What a wonderful experience from the very beginning! When I initially called to make an appointment, none were available but they made it work, even for an evening appointment! Sydnie, who just rejoined Paige (the owner), was attentive and really listened to exactly what I wanted. I'm very particular and Sydnie did an amazing job! I was so surprised at how well she listened and loved my lashes. It's really hard to find someone who is so detailed, is meticulous, great at her craft, and is genuine and kind. After a couple appointments, she still doesn't disappoint. Paige, the owner is great as well! She is so accommodating with my crazy schedule and is so friendly. Glad I found Sydnie, Paige, and this amazing studio! Highly recommend!!

These ladies know what they are doing. Lashes look amaze and theyre very professional from a customer service perspective.

This spa is not only beautiful, but the owner is too, as a person. I came here to get microblading and it was my first time. I was extremely nervous. But Paige, the owner, did an excellent job explaining the work we were about to do and also conducted a thorough consultation. She made me feel comfortable and walked me through the whole process, not to mention that looked great after she was finished! She designed them exactly how I wanted them and I am looking forward to the results! Thank you so much! If you are looking to get your eyebrows micro bladed, this is the spot!

Do not go here for a lash lift. I picked this place because of the good reviews and appointment availability. The staff was very friendly but my lash lift was awful. I have had many lash lifts before and this one was super disappointing. You cannot even tell that my lashes were curled. I reached out to Paige and she said I could come back to get them fixed but when I asked a time she never responded.

I'm traveling and needed a lash fill. I made an appointment online for a lash fill, brow shaping, brow tinting, and bottom lash tinting. Meia was my stylist and she did an excellent job with everything. I always go for a dramatic look with my lashes (I have no need to be conservative in my appearance) and she really delivered. My lashes are full, long, and beautiful. Exactly the way I like them! My eyes feel great too- no irritation.

I would recommend Meia highly. She was very kind, caring, and professional. My only issue is that my brows are a little too light. I might see if I can stop by for her to darken them up a bit for me within the next few days while I'm still here. I'll post an update if that happens, but it's not worth losing a star over. I probably wasn't clear about what I wanted.

The salon itself is very cute and comfortable. I really enjoyed my time there. Thanks so much for helping me out and keeping my lashes looking great!

I absolutely love this place!!! Paige is the best in the business, I tried many locations just because they were closer to me and her work is the best in the industry. She also has an amazing training center for newcomers ! I totally recommend LLL !!!!

Make sure you book your appointments ahead of time she is always fully booked!

I've had my lashes done in many different places in several different states and this, by far, is my favorite! They do an exceptional job! If you are debating getting lashes for the first time, go there! If you've gotten them and haven't liked the result, try this place. The next time I'm in Atlanta, I'm making an appointment.

Full Review - I truly enjoy my experience at Luxury Lash. First, if you are anything like me, ambiance is everything. From the moment you walk in - it is CLEAN, modern and chic. I love the vibe. You are greeted by a receptionist, water, the whole nine.

My first time I was hesitant because I have smaller eyes and I thought lashes would look weird on my eye shape... Paige worked with my schedule, we had a consultation, she fully explained the process, I relaxed and by the end of it I was completely satisfied... Paige takes her time, she uses quality lashes and you receive quality results. Other staff members have done my lashes as well and I was happy as well.

I've been a repeat customer, great experience at all times. When I had a hick up with my lashes, Paige was so sweet, she explained the do's and don't's AGAIN lol, fixed them and I was good to go. She really does work with you and wants you happy.

Quality of Lashes - A+. Besides the hick up (my own doing), my lashes LAST ! I truly believe you get what you pay for, and in this case you are receiving quality. My lashes shed as my natural lashes shed, but I don't have constant shedding. They are secure, basically invisible attachement to the lashes (with the natural eye you really cant tell my lashes are extensions), I am never in pain whatsoever. I receive so many compliments on my lashes. I opt for a natural but lengthy look - but if you have a look in mind, I am quite confident Paige and her team can make it happen.

Will I be back ? Absolutely.
Do I have any complaints ? None.
