• Quality of products, service & comfort of salon. However, when I was there on Saturdaysomeone accidentally spilled an oily substance on my new raincoat. Have not been able to get the stains out myself. Am taking it to a dry cleaner some time this week.😪

• Quality of the mani-pedi was good but the comfort of the experience was a bit less than the cost would suggest. Love the focus on healthier products and the staff was very, very nice though :)

• Service is professional and personal. My manicure and pedicure last longer than any other nail spa I've found in SF. I like the space, and the options for color. All round best business I found since moving to SF 4 years ago, it's never let me down and that's hard to find here!
