• The level of detail they provide is unsurpassed by other establishments. The salon is clean and the owner is polite and obviously focused on providing proper customer service. Nail services are exact and well performed. The only possible negative I've experienced is incurring unexpected extra charges for a certain polish or getting two colors instead of one. In these cases I feel the extra charge should be explained before the service is done as I might have changed my mind ahead of time instead of just being told of the extra charge when it's time to pay. But regardless, I will never go to any other salon and I love Luxi!
