• They took amazing care of me when my PTSD caused a massive panic attack, and helped me calm down. No panic, just kindness and care. No pressure to carry on with the procedure at that time, and was given the option to reschedule. Got a call at the end of the day to check in and see how I was doing. Overall 10/10 experience.
